Returns Policy:
At MarbleWarehouse.com we're committed to provide the best customer service in the industry, and therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. All items must be returned in its entirely and in the same condition as they were received and it must not have been installed, removed and then returned. Upon receipt of the products at our facility, we will promptly inspect them and arrange a full refund of the cost of the item.
Shipping Policy:
Most orders are shipped within two business days depending on product availability. All orders over 150 pounds will be quoted and shipped on the least expensive common carrier (truck) that's available, unless requested otherwise. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
