Because shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination, We cannot offer an estimate on site, but we encourage you to call us to receive an exact quote and answer any other questions you may have, or simply place your order now and a representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss shipping and finalize your order.

Whether shipping to your home or business, there is no order too big or too small for us to ship. All natural stone shipping is secure and safe as we professionally shrink-wrap, package and secure the material to a transportable platform. We are very proud of the 15-year relationship that we have established with many carriers. Even though we do ship nationwide, we can also ship locally or load your vehicle.

1. Can I pick up the material or can I have someone pick it up at the warehouse?
Yes, You can pick up any material at our warehouse at:

Please contact us to make pick-up arrangements whether it be a commercial or private pick up and we can advise on the type of transportation that would be most appropriate.

2. What if I cannot have it delivered and I cannot come to the warehouse?
We have made arrangements with the shipping companies for you, to pick up the material at the nearest local dock that the company uses. Please contact us for the nearest address to your location.

3. Ok I have paid, when does my material get shipped and how long before it gets here?
Upon receiving payment and verification of; we will usually ship stocked orders within 48 hours. If your order is a special request, special material, cut or cut-to-size material, the normal 48 hours will not be valid and the lead time will be revised by your salesperson.

4. I missed the truck will it come back?
In the event that you have missed the truck or for some reason could not unload the material, Please contact your sales representative immediately.

5. The shipping truck arrived but my material was a mess what do I do?
If at any time when you receive material and it is broken or something is unsatisfactory DO NOT allow the truck to be unloaded and contact your Sales Representative Immediately. If you did not notice the damage until a later date please contact your sales representative for further instructions.

6. Can I send the material back?
Yes….under certain conditions. If material is sent back without prior authorization, it will not be accepted and no credit will be applied to any accounts. If you feel that you need to return the material please contact your sales representative and we will work with you on the return.

7. How do I get the material off the back of the truck?
We will arrange that the truck will arrive with a forklift or a lift gate.
